We are a vibrant church community, who want to be a place of hope for people living in the hills community of the Dandenong Ranges.
We believe the best way to bring hope is through both word and action:
THE WORD: Firstly, we seek to share the gospel – the good news of what God has done for this world through the death and resurrection of Jesus. The reconciliation Jesus has brought provides hope for all people to receive justice, mercy and peace.
OUR ACTIONS: Secondly, we seek to serve our community. We’re inspired by Jesus’ example to offer practical love-in action support and friendship to people, especially where the need is greatest. We want to be Jesus’ hands and feet on earth today.
Whoever you are, we’d love to meet you. Join us at a Sunday service, or at one of our Hope in
the Hills connect activities sometime soon!
We gather as a church community at 10am on Sunday mornings for worship.
The Prayer Ministry at Hope in the Hills is integral part of our life together with God. Through prayer, we express our adoration and love for God, and we care for each other as we bring each other’s needs before God.
Children and Youth at
At Hope in the Hills, we want our children and young people to hear about God often, and to see that He is worth loving. We want parents in our church to see that the best way their
children will learn this, is to hear it in the home.
Community Support at
As part of the church’s mission to be a place of ‘hope in the hills’ various programs are run to provide community support:
We provide financial support to those in need, as well as advocacy for people who are marginalised or vulnerable. Deacons can be contacted through the church office.
